Sharada Industries was founded in 1996to deliver infrastructure for clients where execution mattered — telecom backbone for BSNL, energy infrastructure for GAIL, water and sanitation systems for state governments under the AMRUT scheme, electrification for rural Odisha, solar power plants for telecom exchanges in remote regions. The work was specific, the standards were exacting, and the credentials are documented through experience certificates and government completion records that span thirty years.

CloudSolar emerged within this company as a deliberate evolution. The same engineering discipline that delivered for government clients is now structured for private industries, communities, and investors — with a technology layer (real-time monitoring, transparent data, audit-grade verification) that the public sector market didn't demand but private clients increasingly do. We're a thirty-year-old company building a new offering. The credentials underneath are real; the offering on top is forward-looking.
