CloudSolar is a brand of Sharada Industries, Sharada Pride, Devi Colony, Bank Colony, Bidar, Karnataka — 585401, India. References to "we", "us", or "CloudSolar" in this policy mean Sharada Industries. For privacy matters, contact us at support@cloudsolar.net.
What we collect
When you submit an enquiry through any form on this website, we collect: your name, phone number, email address, monthly electricity bill, state of residence, customer category (industry, community, home, or investor), and any optional information you provide in the message field. We also collect your EU export status if you indicate it. We do not collect payment information.
How we use your information
We use your information solely to: (1) respond to your enquiry and prepare a savings assessment specific to your situation; (2) follow up if you request a callback or document; and (3) comply with applicable law. We do not send newsletters, marketing sequences, or unsolicited communications without your explicit consent.
How your data is stored and processed
Enquiry data is transmitted to and stored by Formspree Inc. (USA), our form processing service. Formspree is GDPR-compliant. Data is also received into our internal systems for sales follow-up. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Analytics
This website uses Plausible Analytics, a privacy-first analytics tool. Plausible does not use cookies, does not collect personal data, and does not track visitors across websites. No consent banner is required. Aggregated, anonymous traffic statistics (page views, referrers, country) are processed by Plausible on EU-based servers.
Cookies
We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics cookies. We use one technical cookie (sessionStorage flag) to control first-visit animations — this is never transmitted to a server and expires when your browser session ends.
Data retention
We retain your enquiry data for as long as necessary to manage our business relationship and comply with applicable Indian laws. If you do not become a customer, we may retain your contact details for up to 24 months for legitimate business purposes. You may request deletion at any time.
Your rights

Children
This website is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe a minor has submitted data through this site, contact us immediately at support@cloudsolar.net and we will delete it.

Governing law
This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act 2000 and applicable rules thereunder. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bidar, Karnataka.
